I think I'd like to wear a costume for at least one of the two Goofy races. With the main goal of the weekend (other than to finish) being to enjoy myself as much as possible, it seems like the perfect opportunity to have a little fun with my outfit. Unfortunately, I'm not super creative, though I'd like to try. So I'm looking for some help. What character(s) would you pick for a Disney race? The only real guidelines I have set right now is that I need to be comfortable and chafe free (since both of these races are long enough that could be painful - particularly if it happens on day one!) and I don't want to be a princess.
Here are a few characters I'm considering:
Cruella Deville
One of the Incredibles
Robin Hood or Maid Marion
Someone from Alice in Wonderland (Alice, evil queen, Cheshire cat?)
I own a fair amount of running gear in red, white or black, which would make some of these easier than others. I went through a running skirt phase about two years ago so I have a black skirt and a pink skirt. I'm assuming that temperatures will be in the 50s, though obviously I won't know for sure until the week before the race!
What would you suggest?

Incredibles, for sure. I thought about it on the way to work (really) and there's really no other option.
Oh I am going to find you something today :) wearing a costume is the way to go!
CRUELLA DEVILLE! No contest.
Besides, the long gloves might come in handy if it is as freaky cold this year as it was last year.
cheshire cat!!!! you could paint those teeth on your face FTW.
I like Cruella - maybe you could use hair dye spray and do the half black, half white look.
I agree with Amy - Incredibles is best choice -- most doable.
i LOVE Alice. Alice anything is my vote. Plus you are blonde so go with Alice!!!
Incredibles, without question.
Not Simba?
I echo the commenters above who vote for the Incredibles ... not only is it a killer costume, it would be super-comfy to run in, unless it's too warm for it!
Incredibles would be awesome, but I also like the idea of Alice in Wonderland, because that's what a marathon can feel like at the end. . .
Incredibles - already spandex, and you can do a mask with some eyeblack if you want (or not)
I love this idea! Cruella would be a super cool costume if you can pull it off. Or maybe something from Peter Pan or Toy Story?
I think Violet from Incredibles is the most doable, but I would have loved to see Maleficent. :) I'm bummed I missed this last week, but last week was awful!
